Privacy Disclosure

The use of the personal information you submit upon registration or subsequently is governed by the Simplication Privacy Policy, which stipulates among other things the reasons why personal information is collected, the uses that will be made of your personal information, your rights of access and rectification. For your convenience, we highlight below sections of Simplication's PRIVACY POLICY that address the use of registration and application information. The information we gather on Simplication is used for the limited purpose of allowing applicants to search for jobs and electronically send their application to employers. Applicants create an account for each employer they want to send their information to. Only those employers who are selected by an applicant are given access to his/her information. General non-personal information and technical information is used for the purpose of operating and improving the site. We may use contact information for the limited purpose of sending email, mail, or other communications with respect to the status of an applicant's account or any technical issues that arise relating to the use of the site by an applicant. Applicants may consent to receive email updates on Simplication, such as "job alerts" regarding recent job postings that match criteria the applicant selected or features in the application. The nature and frequency of these messages will vary. An applicant who has consented to receive email updates may update their account and remove their consent at any time. 

Simplication is a division of Passion Inc. Personal information collected by Simplication is not used by Passion Inc. for any other purpose other than the purposes described above. Personal information is not shared between divisions of Passion Inc. Should Passion Inc. wish to use the personal information of a Simplication user, for any other purpose than as previously stated, Passion Inc. will ask for further consent from that user for the specific use of that information. That request and consent will be explicit. 

Users may find links on Simplication to other websites. Although Simplication only deals with reputable organizations, we cannot guarantee that all Employers will adhere to the limitations we impose on them. If at any time you would like your application to not be visible, you may do so. However, employers for whose job postings you applied to may have already retained a copy of your application in their own files and databases. In some cases, if you apply to an employer and do not electronically send your application but instead provide your application to an employer by way of another method, your application will be subject to their privacy policy and not under the control of Simplication. Simplication is not responsible for the privacy practices of such employers in that instance. In such cases, we encourage you to review the employer's' privacy policy.
